chosen BK over mc d , thought it would be tasting great, BK veggie triple cheese was only loaded with one slice , and tasteless,, not so good experience for the first timer with BK , will switch to MC d ,,

Honestly so disappointed because first of all they got my order wrong, tried to contact the delivery guy and obviously he got what the people at burger King handed him so it's not the delivery person fault. tried to contact the customer service for the wrong order on zomato app and When they asked to send the video or photo, I took a video and guess what? The video was not even being sent, it said that there is some issue and all so tried again but the same thing. I was literally saving money just to get to eat some good burger and some tacos. but instead got the driest burger than the sahara dessert. I wish to get a refund. I can't believe I had to eat some dry burger. I have proof of the wrong order as I have taken a video before reaching out to customer service. I can't even rate the dishes because I never go to taste them.
