I have actually opted for dine in but asked them to pack. However there were three things: 1. They took lot of time to give me my order 2. I had asked the person twice in store to check if everything is packed and he confidently told that everything is being packed and when I reached home I found that in the order 2 veg crispy burger was missing. So, I went back to store and had asked him about this and instead of check things he first of all talked with us in such a manner that we are thief’s and he had packed those veg burger. But I asked him to check the camera, he went in took time and then gave the veg burger. This is really bad thing. 3. When I opened the burger to eat I found out that the patty in the burger was burnt/ overcooked - you can see attached photo of the burnt patty. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
