Bunoshilo has become my go-to place for coffee and quick bites, and a big part of that experience is thanks to the warm hospitality and professionalism of Sourav (manager & barista) and Debjit (barista). Both of them are not only well-versed in their craft, but also go the extra mile to tailor beverages to individual preferences—a rare skill that makes each visit feel personal. Their ability to train and guide their juniors ensures consistency even in their absence, which speaks volumes of their leadership.A special mention to Babai, the chef, who gets the flavours right to the T. Every dish from his hands hits the spot!My Favourites: • Quick Bites: Smoked Chicken Salad, Chicken Souvlaki, Avocado Burrata, Avocado Crackers • Beverages: CNC, Coffee Tonic, Vietnamese CoffeeFeedback for Management: 1. Inconsistent Taste: While some chefs (like Babai) deliver flawlessly, the taste can vary at times. It’s important that quality doesn’t become single-threaded or chef-dependent. 2. More One-Plate Meals: The current menu has only one option (Fit Chicken Platter). Please consider bringing back Chicken Souvlaki and introducing more continental fish-based meals to diversify the offering.Overall, Bunoshilo New Alipore stands out because of the team that runs it.
