I used to be a regular customer and frequently ordered from Brown Sugar when it had newly opened in Jagatpura. Back then, the cakes and other bakery items were always fresh and tasted great. However, over the past few months, the quality has noticeably declined. The cakes now often feel stale and lack that fresh taste you expect from a bakery. It’s quite disappointing, especially considering how good they used to be. I’ve completely stopped ordering from here due to the drop in quality. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place anymore unless they seriously work on bringing back the freshness and quality they once had.
