Tried Vizhinjam chicken twice; it's a soothing experience for me, and overall, the atmosphere was great, but for dine-in, I don't recommend the place. One should go with either takeaway or delivery. Worst Food Experience Ever – Bro Co, Kulathoor I ordered a chicken fry and was served something completely unacceptable — uncooked, raw chicken with just some masala thrown on top. Not only was it inedible, it was downright dangerous to serve something like that. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude and careless. They had no basic manners, showed zero professionalism, and were ready to serve food on a dirty, uncleared table without even bothering to clean up the previous mess. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete failure in food safety, hygiene, and customer respect. Rating: (because zero stars isn’t an option) Will I visit or recommend again? Absolutely not.
