Hi we visited for the anniversary dinner yesterday. 1st the Service of restaurant staff is highly disappointed. We order the food and chase thrice till 45-50 minutes for getting our ordered food. We asked 3 times manager for our order he was blank by saying just coming. Since we decided to move out then in 5 minutes it came after waiting 50 minutes.2 . The restaurant area is full of mosquitoes and even it was not curable by putting mosquito coils and mosquitoes killing rackets .3 . The menu of restaurant have very limited options in veg meals and may be designed as per the hotel staying guests buffets systems. 4. AC in restaurant area was not properly working on many restaurants areas . Price was it was but In short it was very horrible experience . 1st and last time visit . Big No to others

They denied to provide discount on overall bill telling us liquor is not included. We have told them prior ordering that we have booking through zomato. Still they didn’t inform us about discount limitations prior and they at the time of billing they denied to give us discount.. on top of it there were N no. of mosquitos we asked the staff multiple time to do something instead they stayed unbothered.. extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable experience.
