With the cut-throat competition in the food industry at present, innovation is one of the only few ways to create you own space and achieve success. Bread Bash does exactly that with their wide range of innovative sandwiches. Every aspect of the dishes served here is a truly commendable example of innovation at its best. This outlet of Bread Bash is located in Parvati near PVG College of Engineering. It is a small single shop outlet with indoor seating. The ambience is above average. Roadside two-wheeler parking available. We visited this place on a weekend evening. The place almost empty when we reached and stayed the same way throughout the evening. Talking about food, this place specializes in serving a wide range of innovative sandwiches along with other Italian snacks and beverages. We ordered Move On Sandwich which is their signature offering along with Big Bash Special Fries and Cold Coffee. The Move On sandwich was an exotic Paneer sandwich with Paneer tadka gravy stuffed in between three layers of bread along with cheese and mayonese and topped with Paneer cubes. This dish was an absolute visual delight. The spectale was mouth watering. The Move On sandwich tasted equally great. It was really soft and tasty. The paneer was cooked to perfection. The combination of spicy gravy with cheese and paneer worked perfectly. Loved it. They messed up our order a bit and served us Loaded Cheese Fries instead of Bread Bash Special Fries. But, very graciously, they added veggies to the dish to fix the issue. The fries were loaded with cheese, capsicum and tomatoes. They tasted good. The cold coffe was great as well. The staff is very polite. The service is slow. The quality and quantity of food is great. Prices are slightly on the higher side. Overall a great place to try some innovative sandwiches.
