I had the worst coffee experience at Boston & Co. The drink was basically just ice and water, with absolutely no flavour — definitely not what they call “roasted beans.” It was honestly the most disappointing coffee I’ve had. To make it worse, the staff and even the manager seemed completely unconcerned about the food quality or customer satisfaction. No effort to understand the issue or fix it. I will never visit again and strongly suggest others avoid this chain as well. Very poor experience overall. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹200–400
