Here I would like to share the nightmare.
Ordered food last night, around 9 PM AFTER CANCELLATION From one of the resutrant we chose book food.
Now what happened around 10:30 pm we called the delivery boy. (Now on already one hour has been passed) He says he was not able to go in the society of book food kitchen.
While calling on restaurant they said delivery boy is unprofessional. New rider will assign to you.
11:00pm we called them we are waiting for food .neither we can try for making food ourself as restaurant was not cancelling the food order.
11:15 we tried zomato chats , and call center, they were away.
11:45 : resutrant sent a boy , without any viechle.
FOOD WAS WITH BAD QUALITY delivered.
All curries and breads were not hot and not cooked fully.
Unfortunately we have to through it away in the dustbin as it was not eatable. All money got wasted.
1. If resutrant is unable to deliver, they are supposed to cancel this
2. Zomato side support was lagging.
3. As a customer we should also have the option to cancel the order if order duration >1 hr
