The Chinese cuisine is nice at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Bong Cook. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters offer tasty chilli chicken, fried chicken and roti here. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Spectacular service is something guests appreciate here. The fried rice was not properly cooked. Chili chicken was just okay but not up to the mark. The quality of the chowmin was super.

I visited India for my vacation and worst place I have ever experienced in Rampur hat india ,,,,,, Very very bad management with unprofessional staff with zero knowledge of food and beverage and greeting and very poor sequence of service. I went to bong cook on the 22nd of January 2024 at 8:30 pm with my family to spend quality time and i waited there more than an hour to place my order when the operation was not busy but no one came to take the order after I tried calling someone from there staff,no one comes up even no one get us a table when the entire restaurant was empty except only two tables was with guest and four staff's was so busy doing nothing that they can not provide even water, And in the end when I tried to take a bottle of water from the chillar as I was choking very badly then one staff member noted that and came for the bill till that time it was ok.... And after that I told him that we were waiting for an hour to order the food and you can charge me all together and I will pay after we are done but he refused that and told me that first I have to pay for the water bottle first and then I can order food for my family with a bad attitude in front of my family...... I was shocked to hear that from him and my family was disrespected so being a castomar my dad asked him that we would like to speak with your supervisor or manager. And his reply left me speechless. He told my dad that you came here to eat or to chat with my manager or what. So guess what I have to leave that place as soon as possible without eating. I did not recognise the name of that guy but I did payment for the water and tip him 10 AED note so that he can remember this day and how they are behaving with walking guests. So I wanted to advise the owner of this place. To stop doing this kind nonsense in the name of business what you are doing out there because of your guests you are what you are today in the industry.
