I recently ordered three plates of kachori, expecting six kachoris, but received only five. I immediately contacted the restaurant, and they assured me that if I placed another order, they would provide an extra plate of kachori to compensate. Trusting their commitment, I ordered three vada pav and repeatedly called to confirm that the kachori would be included. However, upon delivery, the extra kachori was missing, and despite multiple follow-ups, the restaurant refused to acknowledge their mistake. This is unfair business practice, as I was misled into placing another order under false promises. I expect the restaurant to take responsibility and either provide the missing kachori or issue a refund for the incomplete order.
