I was totally ignored here. As soon as I came in, the man greeted me with these words: "It's a book cafe, not a book store" - as if he hoped I was looking for a book store instead. I took a table anyway, but the man continued to ignore my presence. Two more customers came, and contrary to how he treated me, he immediately came out to greet them and explained the rules of the cafe. He spoke to me in English, and to them in Hindi, perhaps asuming that I would not understand, because then I would know what to do (he told them, for instance, that the menu is online, etc, but did not share the same with me). I continued to sit without being offered anything, no food and no explanation on what to do: the man continued to ignore me. Finally, I left. Never again.
