We have booked a table for four tonight at 9:30 with Dheeraj at Bo Tai - Qutub, He has confirmed the reservation. The waiting period was 10 minutes only. We have reached on time, they took 10 minutes to search our booking and headed us to bar by telling us that there is no table booked. We were shocked to know that and when we enquired, our name was in booking register. Dheeraj who took our reservation suddenly disappear and the manager Raghuvendra denied for any table to us. His behavior was totally rude towards us. He yelled by saying that there is no table booked. It was very disappointing. We have wasted so much time by going there. Manager was damn rude...No respect for the guests.Guys, do not trust on Bo Tai Qutub for your reservation. Better find some other restaurant to enjoy your time. We will never go there again !!! It was terrible !!!Don't be fooled. Not worth going. They are disorganized. Totally disappointed. Pathetic hospitality.
