My husband and I have been regular loyal customers to Blue Tokai in fort since its days opposite the BSE in fort (best BT cafe). We accepted the new excelsior location with a heavy heart but always looked forward to being served by Afreen who would know us by names, our order & related details (even our customizations) by hard. She created a really warm & welcoming atmosphere & we really miss her in the excelsior branch. Nonetheless, she set the standard for BT baristas for us and knows what hospitality truly means.

sugar was already added. I wanted to add brown sugar and sugar is send separated usually and sugar is not added but today it was added and separate sugar was not send..

This cafe is a good spot for those who just want to sit, chat, or work rather than eat. There are plenty of beverage options, but the food choices are limited and quite expensive.
