Today I and my wife came here to get Brithday cake for my baby. I was asked to pay the bill for the cake, so I paid it. Then when the lady in the counter was about to write on the cake, I saw that the cake was not it good condition. I asked her for a different cake but she kept arguing with me and my wife, stating that the cake is in good condition. Looking at the argument another staff came and agreed for replacment. Later the lady took another cake and she was grudging us and writing the name in the cake. When my wife asked about that she went on a heated argument with my wife. I have been purchasing cake in BB Kulam Madurai regularly, they treated us well. But in this branch they treated us very poorly. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹600–800
