Had been a regular here. It’s a great cafe especially if you are looking to work, they have power sockets almost around every table. They have healthy food options available as well. I have interacted with Aanchal as well as Aditya. They have been great with service. Aanchal was super helpful, suggesting me their healthy food options. Totally loved the service and vibe. Over all everything is good and your night staff is one of the best that you have but take away cup’s lid quality is pathetic as a regular customer I had no issues with any other thing but your cup lid quality is decreasing I also believe in SAY NO TO PLASTIC but what is this how you can take a sip of hot Americano from this if you really want to switch to some thing else then try to go with good quality lids and yesterdays when I was unable to take a sip I just remove the lid and unfortunately I was driving now entire coffee fell down in my car and I had give a brand new car for dry cleaning today, I know you are running a business and you will look for profit that profit doesn’t make any sense where a customer is not Happy with your product quality so I will suggest you guys look for a better quality lids and if possible to bring that old one back or in same shape and size you are getting some good alternatives then yes go for it but this one is pathetic. I have to drink a coffee like this just because I am unable to take a hot sip from your new lids.
