we are sorry for this convenience, Sir whenever we Receive any food orders we took 12-15 minutes in preparation and packing but no idea when you Received your food, if you not Received within 30 to 40 minutes then of course it will be become cold.Thank you.

Diamond Hotel's Bistro Banaras was one of the Premium and best place for a family dinner, now unfortunately its equivalent to a road side dhaba, waiters just come and throw stuffs at your table... when ask to call the manager , they never call... had horrible experience today... PS: Food still tastes good but service and behaviour of servers is pathetic... really sad
