A lot of guests note that you can order perfectly cooked chicken biryani, butter chicken and masala papad here. It's time to degustate great coffee. The staff is cool that's what makes this restaurant so good. Professional service is something clients appreciate here. There is nice atmosphere at Biryani cafe, as visitors find it. I had a very disappointing experience at Biryani Cafe. While I was expecting a good meal, I was shocked to find chicken feathers in my food. This is a serious hygiene issue and shows a complete lack of quality control in food preparation. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the staff's attention, they were rude and dismissive instead of addressing the issue properly. Good customer service is just as important as food quality, and this restaurant failed in both aspects. I strongly urge the management to improve food hygiene, train their staff in professionalism, and take customer concerns seriously. Until then, I do not recommend this place at all.
