Perfectly cooked chicken biryani, butter chicken and masala papad are the best dishes. Order good coffee, it's a must when visiting this restaurant. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Visitors say that the service is prompt here. You will definitely like the cozy atmosphere. But Biryani cafe hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

I had a very disappointing experience at Biryani Cafe. While I was expecting a good meal, I was shocked to find chicken feathers in my food. This is a serious hygiene issue and shows a complete lack of quality control in food preparation. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the staff's attention, they were rude and dismissive instead of addressing the issue properly. Good customer service is just as important as food quality, and this restaurant failed in both aspects. I strongly urge the management to improve food hygiene, train their staff in professionalism, and take customer concerns seriously. Until then, I do not recommend this place at all.
