Worst restaurant ever. Bikkgane Biryani has no clue how to run a business. I ordered from Swiggy, the rider reached on time, and then guess what — they tell him “rice is over” and it’ll take 30 minutes to cook again. What kind of joke is this? If rice — the main thing you sell — is over, why the hell would you accept the order in the first place? And even after that, they didn’t bother to inform me or Swiggy. I kept trying to call them, and they kept declining my calls like cowards. After 6–7 attempts, someone finally picked up only to say “wrong number.” Seriously? Meanwhile, the poor delivery guy stood there waiting, confused, while I was calling him again and again for updates. After 2 hours of pure nonsense and zero response, I had to ask Swiggy to cancel my order. Absolutely pathetic, irresponsible, and unprofessional restaurant. They don’t care about customers, they don’t communicate, and they clearly have no management at all. Avoid this place at all costs — they’re a total disaster.
