One of the best biryanis in Dum Dum and easily among the best in Kolkata. I have been eating here since 2006, back when a plate of biryani cost around ₹30, and the taste has remained consistently exceptional. What I especially love is how customisable the biryani can be if you are a regular. They are happy to serve the eggs and mutton pieces separately, so you can arrange the plate exactly the way you like it. The flavour is truly unmatched, and the mutton portions are generous and superbly cooked. Also, do not miss the chicken chaap. It is excellent and pairs perfectly with the biryani. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Biryani. Does the name itself make you drool and crave for tasting the best? If yes, you can head straight to Park Street at The Biryani Mahal – definitely one of the best Biryani joints in town! Being a hardcore Biryani lover, I visit their occasionally to dig into scrumptious and fresh aromatic saffron-flavored rice, spices and well-cooked meat.
