Ordered via Swiggy – Disappointed I ordered Paneer Dum Biryani (1/2 kg) through Swiggy, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The quantity was far from 1/2 kg — just enough for one person. What was more frustrating is the focus on unnecessary presentation — the biryani came in a big clay pot, along with another pot that had candles, and some decorative items. My sincere suggestion: invest that money in food quality and quantity, not on pots and candles that customers don’t need or ask for. Good packaging is appreciated, but not at the cost of food value. What matters most to customers is good taste, proper quantity, and value for money. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again.
