I ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, but instead, a completely different item was delivered. I’m not sure whether the mistake was made by Biryani By Kilo or Swiggy, but this was quite disappointing. Since I don’t have the app, my brother placed the order for me. While the food quality was okay, it was not what I had ordered and certainly not worth the amount paid!! I would strongly recommend that customers carefully check their orders at the time of delivery to avoid such issues, especially when paying a significant amount. I hope both the restaurant and the delivery platform take better care to ensure order accuracy in the future. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 4 Service: 1
