I visited yesterday at around 8 pm, with a friend of mine who is a UK citizen to have him experience Indian authentic taste, and we were completely dissapointed by the quality of food, first off all the biryani were not fresh at all, they were kind of freezed and then re heated, the rice were so hard, secondly chicken and mutton biryani tasted exactly the same, it seems like their rice masala base is same , and later they just add chicken pc and mutton piece, that's is not how biryani is prepared,, we even informed the waiter that chicken pc had an off smell, but he had nothing to reply to, we paid the bill and left like we'll behaved people, govt agencies should inspect the procedure BIRYANI Blues is following for serving reheated frozen biryani, but again this is our beloved country India, where neither the govt nor such shady restaurants like BIRYANI Blues @ karnal, have any regard for health of people, we will circulate this matter as much as possible in social circles so that such money greedy shady food makers should not make any revenue. This is in interest of public health.
