Dear ramneet singh,It’s disheartening to hear about your experience with us, especially since it was your first visit. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for table service and to have to order at the counter. We strive to maintain high standards, and it sounds like we fell short this time. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll certainly take it to heart as we work on improving our service. If you have any suggestions or concerns for improvement, please feel free to share them along with your contact number at [email protected]. Our team would be glad to connect with you personally.Warm Regards,Team Bikanervala
