I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant in Bikaner preet vihar. I had ordered both a platter and dinner. However, the night shift manager served the dinner first without any clarification. When I politely pointed out that the platter should normally be served before the main course, instead of acknowledging the mistake, he responded in an argumentative manner and stated that I did not specifically mention the order of serving. I believe it is a matter of basic service etiquette and common sense that starters or platters are served before dinner, without the guest having to explain this explicitly. What was more disappointing was the attitude shown while responding, rather than handling the situation professionally. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and ensure that staff, especially those in managerial positions, are better trained in service standards and customer handling.
