I recently visited Bihari Samosa Centre and was really disappointed with their dine-in service. The food might be decent, but the way they treat customers who want to eat on the spot is unacceptable. They seem to give full priority to takeaway orders, and if you choose to dine in, be prepared to wait for hours. I personally had to wait nearly 3 hours, while takeaway customers kept getting served immediately. It’s really frustrating when loyal customers who actually come to enjoy the food there are ignored. I hope the management pays attention and improves their customer service and fairness in serving orders. Until then, I’d only recommend this place for takeaway, not for dining in. Service: 1

Disappointing experience at this samosa place. They seem more focused on online orders and creating a hype than serving customers. The samosa are just okay, not worth the wait. Poor customer service - staff seemed more interested in begging their customers for orders than attending to customers. if you have more time to spend just for Samosa pl go to this place or else chk out other samosa places for better service and quality.
