1. Starter - Very very extremely less quantity, quality for Veg, Corn, Pineapple, Watermelons, Potato, Black burnt worst tasted Mushroom, after asking if we have any other actual start for Veg, we're served with 2 pieces of Panner
2. Moving to Fried Wood Pizza, name sounded good, it was palm size, taste was ok, better than starters provided
3. Main course - Veg Biriyani & Veg Noodles dry & improperly baked-e , Worst ever, soo much salty, taste was horrible, also Non Veg tasted equally bad, over salty rice, no much varieties at all
4. There were so many pickle & salads varieties, that we don't get them outside ?!
5. Dessert - Compared to qll the rest of dishes available, dessert was better, semiya with milk & water, in a paysam form could have been better.
6. Can we imagine, a customer walk upto the kitchen to get a piece of chapathi or pulkha atleast to fill in little hunger, I did. Leaving all rest least, thought we could get naan or Bread to fill in little, I had to walk till inside kitchen to order, there were only 2 member's serving & attending 7-9 tables !
Overall - The Worst, horrible, most disappointing, dissatisfied, upset, coz this was out very first dine in at Big BBQ, which turned over to be big flop ! For amount we paid, 1400 and odd, we could have as well went to road side shop which would have satisfied our needs better ! We actually thought this was some to be reputed good place, worth the stuff, inturn was the most, worst experience ever. After informing of this, there was manager or kind man, he went into kitchen, got us rice, noodles fresh, served hot, by then, we were totally off, not in right mind to accept the gesture, lately provided. To our surprise, we just happen to notice another couple, who dined along, walked out in just 20 minutes, paying full amount ! I would have actually not paid bill fully, for worst dine in, unfortunately, . But were running out of time, no time to argue.
PS : Big BBQ team, we were told you're newly set up, service could have been better, dishes taste, quality, quantity needs to improve, NO AC feel at all, least fan could have been there, bigger place, when crowd is there, it suffocates, dishes definitely needs to improve. I'm writing so much is coz hard earned money is gone a Total Waste, Completely Disappointed. THANK YOU !!! :)
