Surprisingly the staff was just standing without any welcoming behaviour.
I order a thali and the served only the chat at first which was repeated almost 3 to 4 times in just 10 min
I asked them y aren’t u serving the food.
The staff said the food in being prepared.
I was like wtf..
Is this a Chapati bhaji kendre service that u gonna make as per as order comes..
After few minutes many of the customers got pissed as they where simultaneously serving chaat and farsan item for much time..
So the captain u who confused from the face went in to the kitchen and was showing as it’s coming..
Serious i started laughing after the restaurant’s behaviour.
Fidalgo is an old Hotel name.. please keep the name.
And improve the taste as well.
U have to visit many Gujarati thali restaurants in Mumbai and they will show how the taste of real Gujarati restaurant is.
