The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is hospitable. If you want to experience enjoyable service, you should go to Berakaas Family Mandi Restaurant. As a lot of visitors say, the atmosphere is pretty. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Food. Decent taste. RR chicken was good. Chilli mushroom was not so great as a few pieces with an uncooked coating of flour. Service. Not satisfied. I know the fact that there will be no need of serving when you order mandi sitting on a flour with authentic mandi style. However, they did not serve the food when we chose to sit in a regular setup. They said it would be self service as it was a festive day, I did not understand the logic but I'm okay with it. But the the thing I did not like the most is, no enough cutlery was provided to serve the food and I was made to ask each and everything (basics like paper napkins, spoons etc.). We had regular plates on our table as we ordered starters, but they brought the mandi in the authentic setup with big plates. I am so consufed as I had to tell them to remove our regular plates as there is no space left on the table. The last disappointment comes, when I asked them to parcel the remainder of the food, the staff was in a very hurry and threw some dissatisfied expression. Long story short - we understood there is some problem with manpower or time, but the way they choose to convey the same is very unsatisfactory. However, I still recommend this restaurant if your focus is only on getting a decent food with good taste.
