Am writing this review after visiting/having food after several times in this restaurant. Food quality and service was absolutely fantastic couple of months ago, seems like the management has changed and after that the food quality and service are lagging behind. I had been to this restaurant today and ordered mixed meat noodles (mutton, chicken & egg), after 10 minutes of me ordering the food the waiter told me that they don't have mutton as they had to throw the existing one because it was rotten. I asked him to get me chicken noodles, he got me a bowl of chicken noodles after 10 minutes and didn't give me fork or spoon to have it. I called the waiter and asked for spoon and fork but he didn't understand, i had to tell him thrice after which he got me. I did asked him for tissue paper's twice which he didn't get me at all. There was no one to take orders who came to this restaurant to have food. I had my noodles and waited for 5 minutes checking if someone would get me the bill. I had to walk to the counter and asked for the manager. I did complain about the above experience to the manager and he was blank, he had no answers for me, the funny part is the manager asked me what i had so that he can get me a bill. Seriously pathetic place and am not gonna visit this place going further.

Taste of their food is good. I'm fond of their #Hyderabadi_Chicken with #Ghee_rice. It really tastes awesome. Their #Fried_chicken is also good. When I crave for having good chicken without a second thought I rush there. Good food with good music matters for a sound life. :) I likes the place though their customer service needs to be more interactive.

It has not been more than 2 weeks since this place opened. And still it's always crowded. Because it offers tasty food. As the name suggest, "family restaurant", it's a kind of place you can visit with your family or friends.

We ordered baby corn chilly, paneer kadhai and butter naan. Orange juice and sweet lime soda also we ordered. Everything was tasty.

About ambience, it's good. They have many posters all around on the wall. If they maintain it well, it will be good. Service is also good and fast.

Recommendable place.

Edit1: For the last 3 times I am visiting this place, I have been ordering dum aalo. It's really awesome. Today I also ordered egg chilly and paneer kadhai masala. Both were good. Garlic butter naan is recommendable. Masala papad is also good. Must visit this place.
