Negative review - Bellyfull r.s puram I am writing this negative review after extreme disappointment in this place. Yesterday visited this place with 3 kids for a special occasion around 2pm. It was only us at the resturant so we expected the food will be prepared fast since the kids were hungry already. However to my surprise the service and the time taken for the food was unacceptable. We ordered potato wedges, 2 pizza and a sandwich. The waiter took the order and the first item was delivered after 20 mins. We thought the other items will come one by one. But after 1 hr of wait also the pizza and sandwich did not come. When i asked abt the delay to the waiter he simply replied there is only one person in the kitchen and if i wish to cancell i can do so. I bursted out to him telling that he could have told this when we entered the place that we have to wait for 3hr to get one item. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of attention they had given. It was a horrible experience. The time was almost 3.45 by the time they gave the sanwich after i told him to cancell everything. The waiter never apologized not even tried to the order fast despite of knowing that the kids were hungry.. I had to leave that place leaving my kids hungry and disappointed because i told them i would get them pizza. I have never gone thru this kind of experience. If it was adults it would've been barable however with kids i can't except this at all and i want to make sure that one other family go thru this if they think to visit bellyfull. On top of all this is the kind of bill they give but they themselves as Bellyfull restrocafe. They are nothing like the pictures or reviews. If u have all the time in the world and nothing else to do visit this place but not with a hungry tummy or on a special day they will ruin it. My special day was ruined because of them since i had to run to 2 other places to feed my kids but both were closed because it was mid afternoon.
