I had high expectations for my stay at this resort, but unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. No Cold Water in the Tap: The taps only run piping hot water, making even the simplest tasks uncomfortable. Terrible Room Service Food: The food quality is atrocious, far below the standards expected of a place charging these rates. Monkey Menace: We were not informed about the monkey problem beforehand. Not only have they taken over our balcony, making it impossible to enjoy the valley view (which we paid extra for), but they also broke into our room while we were out for breakfast. This lack of precaution and communication is unacceptable. Run-Down Amenities: The snooker rods have broken tips, and the table tennis equipment is of embarrassingly poor quality. For a resort that promotes these amenities, this level of neglect is unacceptable. This experience has been filled by poor maintenance, lack of proper service, and the management’s apparent disregard for guest comfort and safety. To the Management: It’s time to reflect on the gravity of this situation. Guests choose your property expecting a comfortable and luxurious stay. My experience has been anything but that. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve your services and facilities for future guests. Until then, I cannot recommend this resort. Credit where it is due: The rooms are really spacious and beautiful. The establishment is great, it's just the service which has failed the resort (can barely call it one). Service: 1
