I visited this place hoping to enjoy a comforting bowl of thukpa, but it turned out to be the worst experience ever. The consistency was more like a thick sauce rather than a proper broth, with absolutely no flavor or masala. It felt as if the chef had just thrown in leftover noodles from a pouch, making it a complete disaster. When I pointed out the issues-no proper noodles, no flavor-the owner had the audacity to come out in front of all the customers and start shouting at me, as if I was the problem. Instead of listening or addressing the complaint, he tried to grab attention and make a scene. The service was already poor, and their rude attitude made it even worse. To make matters worse, he arrogantly insisted, "This is how we make it. This is our recipe." At the very least, they could have acknowledged the mistake or accepted feedback, but instead, they were dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience-bad food, worse service, and an even worse attitude. Would not recommend it to anyone! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
