I got a referral from a friend about their sourdough bread. They only bake on orders I was told. So I placed an order for their jalapeno cheese sourdough bread to be picked up the next day. So had difficulty finding this place despite GPS and a few phone calls to the bakery, so the staff had to bring the bread wrapped in a brown paper bag to the road where I was waiting. When I got home, i opened.the bag and was horrified to see the top burned- so I called the number and was told that despite the burnt top the inside is soft and chewy and that's the way it comes! . With all the chef experience I have, this was the weirdest excuse I've heard where no apology was offered and customer made to feel that this is normal! I've attached a photo that clearly shows that this bread is not acceptable. When the owner who was at the airport getting ready for a flight saw the photo, he called to apologize knowing that this was not acceptable and the staff should have taken the responsibility to accept their mistake and should not have even given me the bread in the first place. I'm the type that believes in " Once bitten, twice shy"- so I may check out other bakeries for a while.

i tried the pc and most of the games are not updated and was unable to play and the updated games were stuck on loading forever like CSGO and The Finals. I feel like more than half of our time was wasted for waiting for the game to open which did not open even after more than 15mins. I tried to log in rockstar launcher but it said unable handle the request at the moment and i even tried after few hours and still the same. I request yall to update the games in steam and make sure all the games are working. The workers were kind and it would be great if they fix this issue as soon as possible.
