It was not packed well and it came out of the box, . Also its completely melted and had it like a milkshake. Biscoff taste was good but poor packaging.

Worst packaging,we ordered red velvet cake roll but it not even seems like red velvet it was a normal cake with strawberry syrup and the nutella brownie sundae wat the worst and bad the brownie slab was so hard,We didn't expect this kind of service from them
