We have ordered from Swiggy, store owner hadn't call us or informed he doesn't have requested item. Delivery boy call us saying requested item they haven't in stock. Store owner on same phone was saying and asking us to cancel order and saying I need to cancel order and he cant. This store is not good for overall providing services. Worst store in Thane.

Served by Mizan. The young guy was bubbling with enthusiasm to make a sundae even at 11:15 PM, when restaurants all around him were shutting down and turning away customers. I hope Baskin Robbins and Gravissgroup reward him and hire more like him. Yes I love Baskin Robbins for the icecream, but I love it more for such amazing people across the counter.
