The person with whom I spoke on phone regarding order was rude arrogant and crass . He doesn't have time to listen to customer and he abruptly cuts the calls and care to talk . His tone is very much unacceptable. He feels customer should accept whenever he provides and they shouldn't have choice . They shouldn't call him. Why provide such persons numbers for contacting? Very much unsatisfied with BR Tirupati. I feel all of the BR representatives are like this.
