The staff and the owner are rude, insensitive, abusive, sad and very poorly educated. They lack basic professionalism and baskin robbins should close this outlet at once and rather give it someone more customer friendly. The owner is mercurial and will threaten you with police action (as if we are bunch of 10 yr olds) if you say any word against him or his staff. It feels as if he is frustrated due to the non performance of his little shop. The staff - including a lady who keeps giving judgemental looks with a straight face and the guy with glasses who thinks he is the only ice cream seller in town can only talk rudely and are concerned just about the money. Really the worst ice cream experience ever. Do not go to these people!
