We arrived at 2318 hours. They suddenly shut the lights completely and said we are closed. Despite people eating and ordering. They did not leave a single light on, pitch darkness. Absolute, unprofessional behaviour from the staff, the place was so dirty. The doors were stained and sticky, the counter had ice cream smudged. The floors were sticky and dirty. The Google maps mention closure time as 0100 am. They cannot follow the basic standards, it didn't seem like Baskin Robbins outlet, but like any local ice cream vendor.
