Let’s get one thing straight — the food was fine. Not worth complaining about, but definitely not worth coming back for. Sadly, it was the best part of the entire experience, which says a lot. Now let’s talk about the service — or the complete lack of it. The staff carried themselves like they couldn’t be bothered to exist, let alone serve. No greeting, no water, no sense of responsibility. We had to ask for water, and even then, we were ignored like we were invisible. In a hospitality business, that’s not just careless — it’s embarrassing. And the highlight? A server took my plate while I was still eating. No eye contact. No “Are you done?” Just walked up and snatched it like I didn’t matter. That’s not bad service — that’s outright disrespectful. If your team is this disinterested in their jobs, maybe they shouldn't be in hospitality at all. The ambience? Bland, cramped, and loud in the worst way. The layout is so poorly designed that placing dishes feels like a game of Tetris. Comfort clearly wasn’t a priority here. This place has no soul, no standards, and no excuse. You don’t just come here and leave disappointed — you leave frustrated that you even wasted your time and money in the first place. The food served is made very thoughtfully- Kiddos to the chef. Love their vada pav croissant, Tres leches and their coffees. This is one place in Jalandhar that has food made with actual ingredients and to good stds. The service can be better. The servers are busy on their phones most of the time and take time to serve. Utterly disappointing, compelled to write this after my third and final visit to what can only be described as a disastrously mismanaged establishment. This place is the epitome of overhype and underdelivery. In all honesty, I’ve never encountered staff so discourteous and unapologetically rude, incompetent and that’s me putting it mildly. The bottom line: If you’re planning to spend good money on food and coffee, do yourself a favour choose a place that justifies its prices with both ambience and service.
