Visiting Barometer felt like a refreshing change of pace during our time at the mall. Tucked away with a slightly relaxed and café style vibe, Barometer gives you that comfortable feeling where you can slow down, talk, and enjoy your food without any rush. We ordered the corn and spinach sandwich, Tex Mex fries, and pasta, making it a fairly wholesome and satisfying meal. The corn and spinach sandwich stood out for its simplicity and balance. It was well toasted, filling, and had a nice mix of creamy and fresh flavors without being heavy. It felt like a good option if you want something comforting yet light. The Tex Mex fries were definitely a highlight. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and generously loaded with seasoning and sauce, they had that perfect spicy and tangy kick. They worked really well as a sharing dish and were honestly quite addictive. The pasta was creamy and comforting, served warm with a good portion size. The sauce was well balanced and not overly rich, making it easy to enjoy till the last bite. It felt like a classic café style pasta done right. The ambience at Barometer is calm and inviting, making it a good spot to sit back after walking around the mall. The staff was polite and attentive, and service was smooth without long waiting times. The staff was unprofessional, the sandwiches were dry, and the herbed rice was completely disappointing. The chicken didn’t taste fresh either. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend this place. Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
