The food here is genuinely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for. I would easily give 5 stars just for the quality of the food. However, the person at the counter seriously lacks basic courtesy and common sense, with an unnecessary attitude that spoils the experience. Service needs a big improvement. I ordered a thick shake, but what I received was far from it—it was watery and full of ice. When I raised the issue, I was told that it's supposed to taste like that because I'm having it for the first time. Honestly, that's just an excuse to cover up poor quality. If I wanted a regular shake with ice, I wouldn’t have paid extra for a thick shake. Totally disappointed with the service and response. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1
