Dear Barista Team,I recently ordered a coffee from your outlet, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the way it was delivered. As you can see in the attached photo, the cup lid was taped in a way that caused spillage. The coffee leaked, leaving the cup messy and difficult to handle.This not only made the experience unpleasant but also created an impression of carelessness in packaging. When ordering from a reputed brand like Barista, I expect better attention to cleanliness, sealing, and presentation.I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure such issues are avoided in the future. A replacement or a credit for this order would be appreciated.
