I had an unpleasant experience at Bargur CakeShop. The staff was unprofessional and had no interest in serving customers. When I asked for a brownie with nuts, they dismissed me with an unwilling tone. When I inquired about other options, they ignored the customers outside and walked into a back room. I had to call one of them over, and when I asked for a less sugary cake, the response was arrogant: “No, we only have full sugar, full sugar cakes!” Before I could say anything, he walked away. This shop is in Bargur, so we can’t expect pastries like those in Bengaluru,Vienna, but at least basic professionalism should be maintained. One staff member, a lean guy with a grayish-brown beard, was the worst. He is unfit for this field. If this is their service, they won’t last long. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
