Starters: The on-table barbecue grill is the highlight—loaded with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian skewers. Chicken tikka, fish fingers, seekh kebabs were juicy and well-marinated. Paneer tikka, grilled mushrooms, corn, and pineapple were crowd favorites on the veg side. The crispy corn and Cajun potatoes deserve a special mention—perfectly crispy and flavorful. Staff regularly refill the grills and check if you need any specific dish repeated. Everything was served with tasty dips and sauces. Main Course: The buffet spread includes a range of Indian curries, biryanis, Chinese stir-fry options, and continental sides. Butter chicken and mutton rogan josh were well-cooked with balanced spices. Veg options like dal makhani, mix veg, and kofta curry were rich and homely.
