I recently visited Barbeque Nation - Westend Mall for my friend’s anniversary celebration, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was genuinely good — starters were fresh and well-seasoned, and the live grill added to the experience. The main course and desserts also had decent variety and taste. The staff was courteous and helpful; they even arranged an extra chair for a child without us having to insist, which was appreciated. They provided a complimentary cake for the anniversary celebration, which was a nice gesture. However, compared to earlier visits, the cake portion seems to have become smaller. Also, instead of using the loudspeaker announcement for celebrations, they now gather around and clap — which is fine, but it slightly reduces the celebratory vibe. One downside was space management. During peak hours, it feels a bit crowded and the seating area can seem tight, especially when the restaurant is full. Overall, it was a good dining experience with tasty food and supportive staff. With slightly better space management and maintaining the earlier celebration style, it would be even better. Food was so good... hygiene and taste is super..I specially liked all veg and non veg starters...staff is good.... desserts were ok ok...but the rest food was delicious... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
