From the sizzling kebabs to the live grill on our table and the delicious desserts, everything was spot-on. Definitely a great spot for team outings and celebrations. Food is below average. Never experienced such a pathetic taste. Starters have no taste. Main course was average. Food is unhygienic. We all as a family fell sick the next day. Service is at lowest level. Had to call the server multiple times for putting the starters. Same happened to drinks. They always say for the other staff that it is a new member which could not be a reason of a sub standard service levels. Certainly training is a big issue. We visited this restaurant after seeing all the videos that showed what Barbeque nation had to offer. We were in for a total shock and would never return to eat at BN. The staff were very attentive and quick to meet our requests. The appetizers were very good in quality and quantity. The service was fast. Once we got over the appetizers and went for the buffet -it was terrible. The butter chicken was watery and tasteless. There was no mutton in the Haleem and the biryani was stale. The staff saw our disappointment but they could do nothing to help us - despite getting the chef to meet us. We will never return. Waste of $ 1100 per person. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
