I had recently visited the BBQ Nation City Mall Gorakhpur branch for veg lunch buffet, Shantu who attended the table with his food / beverages service did a fantastic job, very polite, friendly , hardworking, good behaviour, and seems a person of good integrity towards work.On the other hand, jr. manager Jitendra did an amazing job supporting the server staff.

Five star because the staff is extremely polite and helpful. Loved the hospitality. The food is good but the service is what makes it stand out. Definitely a must visit place. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
