Worst experience at BBQ Nation, City Mall GKP ️. Table booked for 3:45 PM. Due to car breakdown , we called in advance and were told 15 min late entry is allowed. We reached by 3:59 PM ‍ but receptionist refused entry straight away. Requested politely to eat for 30 min, even 20 min ️—still NO ‍. Asked for manager, but made us stand for 10 min and ignored. No professionalism, no empathy, no service. Totally disappointed Never expected this from BBQ Nation. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
