Not worth the hype. We had mutton chukka for rs 170 - worst experience. Then one thonnai of mutton briyani for 360 rupees which is not good at all. Don’t go to this place by seeing videos. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹600–800

Disappointing experience at Bangaru Briyani. Located on Big Bazaar Street in Begambur, Dindigul, Bangaru Briyani promises a traditional biryani experience but falls short on several fronts. The place was not clean during our visit—tables weren’t wiped properly, and the overall hygiene felt neglected. The biryani itself was underwhelming. The portion size was modest, but the pricing felt steep for what was served. The flavors lacked depth, and the meat wasn’t as tender or aromatic as expected from a place specializing in biryani. Service was average, and the staff seemed disinterested. There was no effort to engage or ensure comfort. The ambience was cramped, and the setup didn’t reflect the care one would expect from a reputed local eatery. For the price range of ₹200–400, there are better, cleaner, and more satisfying options in Dindigul. Bangaru Briyani may have a legacy name, but the current experience doesn’t live up to it. Not recommended unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, pricing, and food quality. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
