Band of Burgers is recommended for the cool staff. The spectacular service is something these restaurateurs care about. This place offers you adequate prices for yummy meals. The most pathetic and disgusting dining experience I have had in my life. The place was infested with cockroaches. So much so that the roaches started roaming on the table once we settled down and started consuming the food. The surprise began after we started eating, I noticed something moving on one of the food articlea (the restaurant has a dark ambience and now i know why) upon a closer look i noticed that it was roach, so I asked the server to take back that item thinking the roach roaming in the tray was an accident. After that I noticed two more roaches climbing our food tray. At this point I was genuinely disgusted and had to spit out the food in a napkin and left all the food on the table in disgust. I caught one of the roaches in a napkin and took it to the owner who was least surprised and I noticed the kitchen and cash/reception was teeming with roaches. Ironically enough the roaches were roaming on even the FSSAI license of the restaurant god knows whatever was happening in the kitchen. The owner/manager is so arrogant so as to tell me that the roaches have come out because they had sprayed insect repellent and there are just a few roaches and that I shouldn't overreact and it was not that big a deal (at this point I was lost for reason as to why they did pest control in an open restaurant and that how I was overreacting after sharing a meal with roaches but the owner knows better, I guess). After that I just asked the guy for bill and went back to the table to pick up my son upon my return at the counter instead of apologizing or showing even an iota of remorse the audacity of the owner/manager is such that he shamelessly handed me the full bill even for the items returned due to the roach roaming on it and despite me having to leave most of the food uneaten, not to mention the worst and disgusting experience. I feel disgusted and puked my guts out on my way back home. I feel guilty of bringing my son to such a pathetic, unhygienic place and feeding him such insect infested food. This place is a health hazard. Never going there again or placing an order from this dump. The worst part is that I used order frequently from here.
