Staff and ambience are good. However, the food is average to below average. We ordered prawn chilli, chicken Amritsar, biryani (actually Pulao but they call it biryani), rotis and for desserts gulab jamun and brownie with ice cream. Chicken pieces were the worst. Two out of 4 were ribs. Gravy taste was good but had too much oil. Prawn chilli was good. Biryani was below average. It was actually Pulao, not biryani. In desserts, both were served cold. Just heated them for a few seconds and served it. Looks like they don't use very good ingredients, we felt full till night and got stomach pain as well. Their charges are super high for the below average food they serve. On top of that 12% service charge without consent. Not visiting again. Bana has incredible potential. The food was flavorful, well-presented. The atmosphere is easily the highlight — warm lighting, tasteful décor, and a relaxed vibe.
